The writer thinks the schedule

During the pandemic, all your classes are now online and you have six periods every morning. Write a letter of complaint about this problem.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report an unreasonable class schedule in my school. (1)____________ all classes in my school have gone online because of the pandemic, the schedule has also been changed accordingly and at present, we are having 6 periods in the morning.

The main problem is that there is only a five-minute break between the periods. In those five minutes, students have to log in and out of their classes as well as get prepared for the new class. Hardly do they have time to relax or to take their eyes off the screens. My concern is that in the long run, this practice may seriously affect students’ eyes and vision in particular and their well-being in general.

I understand that the school council wants to make the best use of online time and that teachers and students do not need long breaks to move from class to class as in offline classes. (2)__________, I believe after 45 minutes concentrating on lessons, teachers and students should be allowed decent time to recharge and to prepare better for the next class, (3) ___________having 10-minute breaks is probably a better option.

Tuy nhiên, tôi tin rằng sau 45 phút tập trung làm bài, giáo viên và học sinh nên có thời gian thoải mái để nạp năng lượng và chuẩn bị tốt hơn cho tiết học tiếp theo, vì vậy, nghỉ giải lao 10 phút có lẽ là một lựa chọn tốt hơn.

I’m writing to report about the new official website of our school. Because of technologically advanced, teaching on social media platform is also more popular. However, there are some problems with our new website and it leads to some consequences.

Many students told me that the website is very hard to use. That is also one of the reasons causes bad academic result at school. Specifically, the size of the letters is very small, so they can’t read it clearly. The second one, it doesn’t update the knowledge that the students learned at school. Therefore, it’s very hard for them to review the lessons. Last but not least, they have to do homework on the website, but when they submit, it doesn’t save the result.

Because of those reasons, the problem needs to be solved because it affects directly to my students and their results as well as their eyes.

In conclusion, I find this problem irritating. Unless there is a change in the format, update, and design, both teachers and students will feel disapointed and loose motivation.
