Today is the first day of school. The three months of summer vacation went by as fast as the wind. This morning, I went back to school.

That day was early September, and I had been preparing for school all summer. Both my parents took me to school early in the morning, and I was so excited that I couldn't sleep the night before. I had passed by that school many times, but that was the first time I could actually go in and see everything. My first teacher was also my aunt, and she took very good care of me.

The street was busy and crowded with students. The two bookstores were packed with people buying books and school clothes. In front of the school, there were many students gathered at the entrance, even the policemen had to work very hard to clear the way. Students of all ages filled the hallways and stairs, made so much noise that I thought I was walking into a theater. I was happy to see once again the large room on the ground floor, which I had passed almost every day for three years. There were a lot of teachers coming and going.
