For my mother and father, in the morning they always eat rice with fish or fish. Sometimes when they don't cook rice, everyone can go out to the restaurant to eat. As for my mother, she was about to lose her nutritious cup of barley, which also provided many nutrients for the whole morning. For me, in the morning, I still like to eat eggs the most, because they have a lot of nutrients and are very delicious and can be used in many ways.
