Gà rán KFC:

Ingredient :
Boneless chicken thigh meat: 400 gr (or any part of the chicken you like)
Prepare:
1 bowl of cold water
All-purpose flour: 150 gr
Corn starch: 75 gr
Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
Chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
Mustard powder: 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Onion powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
White vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil: 300 ml
Common spices: 1 little (Pepper/ MSG/ seasoning/ salt)
Cooking time: fifteen minutes
1. Soak the chicken in diluted salt water for about 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell. Then, take the chicken out and drain, then cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Put the meat in a bowl, marinate the meat with 1/2 tablespoon MSG, 1/2 tablespoon seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 /2 tablespoons mustard powder, 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/4 tablespoon onion powder, 1/4 tablespoon ground pepper, 1/2 tablespoon baking powder. Use a spoon to mix thoroughly and then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Next, put the chicken bowl in the refrigerator and marinate overnight or for at least 2 hours to let the meat absorb the spices.
2. Put in a bowl 150gr all-purpose flour, 75gr corn starch, 1/2 tablespoon seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/4 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon mustard powder, 1/4 tablespoon ground pepper, 1/2 tablespoon baking powder. Then, use a spoon to mix well until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Take the chicken out of the refrigerator. Take a bowl of cold water, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and stir well. Take each piece of chicken and roll it with flour so that the flour sticks evenly around the chicken piece and then drop it into a bowl of cold water. Let the chicken pieces soak in a bowl of cold water for about 1 minute, then take the chicken out and roll a second time in a bowl of flour. Then, put the chicken on a plate to rest for about 3 minutes before frying.
4. Place the pan on the stove, turn up the heat, add 300ml of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, lower the heat to medium and then drop each piece of chicken into the oil and deep fry. If the chicken is not completely submerged in oil, fry the first side until crispy golden brown for about 3 minutes, then flip the second side and fry for about 3 more minutes, then take it out to drain the oil and cool down. Continue to fry the chicken a second time to make the chicken crispier longer. Fry each side for another 1 minute and keep the heat on medium. Then, put the chicken on absorbent paper and place the fried chicken on a plate.
5. Eat with spicy chili sauce
